Absolutely amazing! I have thick hair with a slight wave that always looks a little frizzy. Dusti was a miracle worker! She did all-over color with highlights, and it looks so natural! The cut and blow dry style she did are just fantastic! I booked my next appointment already!

I just moved to Fort Wayne and finding a new stylist was top priority. As soon as I walked into Southwest Hair & Day Spa I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome! Danielle has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! After many salon fails in the past, she got it right where everyone else has gotten it wrong. I feel more confident & beautiful than I ever have!

I had a facial and it was amazing! Livie is so knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful at her job! Can't recommend her enough - she was welcoming and did fantastic at explaining everything!

Jessica made my first experience awesome! She talked with me in detail about my hair, my goal, its health, and my options. She was sweet and genuinely concerned about me being happy with my hair. She did not disappoint... I love it! If you are looking for a fabulous stylist, call Southwest!

It's always a delightful experience with Livie getting my lashes tinted/lifted and eyebrows waxed. She makes me feel comfortable & relaxed. She communicates everything clearly in detail throughout the process. I am thrilled with the results.
